FACE MASSAGE IS A FORM OF DEEP CARE...
Use this nourishing face oil as a cleanser or work it into your skin using face massage techniques to reduce puffiness, clear lymph, enhance your glow, and promote more collagen production for a bright, hydrated, and radiant complexion.
🫧 FACE CLEANSING: use this as a cleanser to remove makeup, dirt, and impurities
🫧 LYMPH MASSAGE FOR FACE: promote drainage, reduce puffiness, and boost circulation
🌀 Lymphatic Massage Steps 🌀
Activate the Lymph Nodes
Gently press just above your collarbones with your fingers for a few seconds. This “opens” the lymphatic system.
Neck Drainage
Use light pressure and long strokes down the sides of your neck toward your collarbone (5–10x).
Think of "sweeping" toxins away — always toward the lymph nodes.
3. Jawline & Chin
With your fingers or knuckles, glide from the center of your chin along your jawline to your ears (5–10x each side).
4. Cheeks
Use the pads of your fingers to sweep from the sides of your nose out toward your temples, following your cheekbones (5–10x).
Use gentle, upward strokes.
5. Under Eyes
Use your ring fingers to gently sweep from the inner corners of your eyes out to the temples, staying just beneath the eye (5–10x).
Be very gentle — no tugging.
6. Forehead
Start at the center of your forehead and sweep outward toward your temples.
Then glide down the sides of your face to your neck for drainage.
🌿 Tips:
Use light pressure — lymphatic massage is more about gentle movement than deep pressure.
Breathe slowly to engage the nervous system and deepen relaxation.
Repeat 2–3 times a week, or daily for puffiness or tension relief.
